Self Care App:
Self-care is an important part of our wellbeing, and it can be sometimes hard to take the time to do what helps us. This app gives the user simple ideas for a self-care activity for their day. For example:
Having a relaxed breakfast
Going for a walk
Listening to music
Singing in the shower
Within each idea, you can read some extra information about things to think about, visit an external link for ideas, or read a quote. If you don’t feel like that activity, just press the new idea and find one that works for you. Ideas can be simple or long, but as long as they work for you.

Basic instructions:
Home screen button: Will have the active self-care activity (basic)
Self-Care button: A link to some basic information about the benefits of self-care and general wellbeing
Explore button: Has the active self-care activity, has the option to cycle through new ideas, go to external links, and things to think about whilst doing the activity
Information button: Shows a picture of the different areas of self-care (e.g physical, emotional, social)
